Keto Day 1
Back on keto today…..hopefully for good this time!! Gonna include intermittent fasting in a couple days. Then incorporating a workout routine and other self-improvement stuffs.
Meal 1 - chorizo, eggs, pepper medly, coffee w/hwc
Meal 2 - blackened salmon, salad
I’m sure I ate too much last night…..entire bag of pistachios, salad, sardines, coffee. Then came home and ate pork belly, eggs and spaghetti squash. I’m super full now before bed but I don’t wanna see the scale this evening.
Step one…..
K so I’ve got my eating plan down pat, one meal a day on a ketogenic diet, IF I snack at all or get to starving at work, I’ve been addicted to sardines in olive oil here lately and they are 0 carbs and all natural. So it’s coffee w/hwc to take to work, gallon of water a day, one meal between the hours of 5-7pm (I work third shift) and then the every now and then maybe-snack of sardines and/or boiled eggs at work. Now…………..to fix my workouts!!!!!
